Hibiscus Spritz Recipe

Ingredients

1.5 oz dry gin
0.5 oz St-Germain
0.75 oz lemon juice
1 oz hibiscus syrup
9 dashes DIG Hibiscus & Djar Bitters (see details below)

Directions

Combine in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add gin, St-Germain, lemon juice, hibiscus syrup, and 6 dashes of DIG bitters.
Shake well until the mixture is chilled (about 15 seconds).
Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
Finish with 3 drops of DIG bitters on top for aroma and garnish with a twist of lemon or edible flower if desired.
