Join DIG in Denver, CO

March 19th

5:00 PM-7:00 PM

Birch Road in the Highlands

3845 Lipan St.

Denver, CO 80211

On March 19th, join DIG at Birch Road in the Highlands for an inspiring evening of food, drink, and reconnecting.

Since 2006, the Denver community has supported DIG’s work around the world, and we have been able to do so much good because of the seeds you’ve planted.

Now, after some pandemic time away, we are thrilled to be coming back to the Mile High City.  Join us in a conversation about DIG’s work past, present and future.

Culinary artist, Francesca Arniotes, will take us on a culinary adventure through the landscape of food. She will create a menu of dishes which connect our local and global stories.

Tickets are free with a suggested $35 donation towards Denver’s From the Ground Up campaign

From the Ground Up is an initiative to fully equip DIG’s Local Facilitators as they grow and adapt DIG’s programs in Kenya, Uganda, and Senegal.

These women and men are preparing the most marginalized members of society to not only become key contributors to their families but are also creating more resilient food systems.

Any gift you make through this event will go towards Denver’s $35k equipping goal.

Setting the Table

Francesca Arniotes

is a trained chef and founder of Castles & Kitchen. She grew up in the house of her Italian grandparents where she learned old world culinary techniques that she has carried forward throughout her life. At age 11 she started working at her grandparent’s market & kitchen and marks this as the start of her formal culinary training which continues to this day. Fran’s love of food and travel is the perfect pairing to take our Cocktails & Castoffs Denver guests on a journey to experience DIG’s work through food.
