Across Kenya, Uganda, and Senegal, families are finding self-reliance through DIG’s community-led gardens.
But global aid cuts have left DIG facing a $200,000 funding gap, limiting our ability to grow.

DIG is not Aid. It’s Autonomy.

Help us build 20 new DIG Gardens before our 20th anniversary in 2026.

20 GARDENS: 12,000 PEOPLE

Each garden costs $6,000.

Trains 30+ farmers.

Nourishes 160+ family members.

Reaches 600+ others, as graduates proudly share what they learn.

Funding these 20 gardens will carry DIG most of the way toward closing our gap and launch our next decade of growth.

We need your help.

WHAT YOUR GIFT GROWS

Climate Resilience:

Farmers who adopted regenerative practices report greater resilience to floods, drought and pests.

Food Security:

A 56 % average increase in food security is reported among DIG households; in Senegal, food-secure families rose from 8 % to 48 % in just over a year.

Nutrition Diversity:

DIG families now grow and consume an average of 11 types of vegetables up from 3, improving both child and maternal health, enriching families, and strengthening local food systems.

Financial Resilience:

Over 80 % of DIG farmers measurably increase their income. For most, their savings more than doubled, and many use their gains to send their children to school or start small businesses.
